What the website stores

Enquiries include the contact details, project brief and supporting files you submit. Client accounts store password hashes, project updates, messages and documents. A necessary session cookie keeps signed-in users authenticated.

How information is used and shared

The website administrator reviews enquiries and manages assigned projects. Clients can access their own assigned projects. Hostinger provides website hosting. Enquiry details and client-message notifications are processed through Resend and sent to the engineering inbox; supporting files stay in the protected project storage. These providers may process information outside Sri Lanka.

Your choices

Share only material relevant to your enquiry and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. You can ask to correct or delete your information by email. Your identity will be verified before the request is reviewed, including any need to keep project records for ongoing services or applicable obligations.

This website does not use advertising trackers. Its session cookie is necessary for account access. Opening the Facebook link takes you to Facebook, where its own privacy practices apply.
